       Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services thereof and all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Property claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Andrew Symmer
       of in and to the Moiety or half Part of the Lott of Ground aforesaid To have &
       to hold the said Moiety or half Part of the Lott of Ground aforesaid with all and
       Singular the Advantages and Appurtenances to the same belonging unto the said
       William Molleson his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and Behoof of
       him the said William Molleson his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other
       use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties hereto have set
       their Hands and Seals the day and Year above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered                              And.w Symmer   Seal
       in Presence of us
            Geo Steuart         On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t
                William Steuart
                                        26.th January 1765  Then Received of William Molleson the sum
       of Five shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration Money therein mentioned

       26.th January 1765   Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Andrew Symmer and did
       Acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the
       within Bargained and Sold Moiety or half part of the Lott of Ground to be
       the Right and Estate of the within named William Molleson his Heirs and
       Assigns forever According to the true intent and meaning thereof
                                                          Acknowledged before Geo Steuart

       1765  Febry 11.th  Received of M.r William Mollison one half Penny Sterling
       for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within
       Moiety of a Lott of Ground by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd
       Esquire his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General
