486. William Askew his Heirs Executors and Administrators and all and every other Person and Persons any thing having or Claiming in the said Premises Before mentioned or any Part thereof by from or under him shall and will from time to time And at all times hereafter Upon the reasonable request either of the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall or Joseph Ensor or the Person or Persons Purchasing and Buying any or either of the aforesaid Premises make do and execute or cause to be made Done and executed all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Devise and Devises Conveyance and Conveyances in the law whatsoever for the further better and more Perfect Granting Conveying and Assuring all and Singular the said Premises Abovementioned and unto such Person and Persons as shall be Purchasers and highest Bidders for any or either of the said Lotts and Premises to the only Proper Use and behoof^half^ of such Purchasers as aforesaid their Heirs and Assigns forever as by them or their Council learned in the law shall be reasonably Devised Advised or required And lastly it is Agreed that all such Charges Costs and expences as the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor shall Disburse expend or be put unto in and about the Premises shall be first Deducted and retained out of the Money which shall come to their Hands by Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written W.m Askew Seal Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of W.m Aisquith Benj.a Rogers On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received the day and Year first within Written of and from the within mentioned Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor the sum of Five shillings Sterling being the Consideration mentioned to be Paid to me W.m Askew Witness W.m Aisquith On the Seventeenth day of December in the Benj.a Rogers Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Came before Us the Subscribers two of his Lordships (Justices) |
