       then Stipulated Settled and Agreed such Creditor or Creditors Producing to
       the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor his or their claim
       together with a Note in Writing ^from^ under the Hand of the said William
       Askew Ordering and Appointing what part or Portion shall be by them
       Paid And Tis further Agreed that if the Money arising by Sale shall
       exceed the sums of Money due and owing from the said William Askew
       then the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor shall
       Pay to the said William Askew the Overplus of such Money    And it is
       further Agreed that the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph
       Ensor shall not be Answerable for any Loss Sustained by the Contracting of
       bad Debts in the Sale of the said Lotts and Premises so as aforesaid to be
       made So as the said Loss in the Contracting of the bad Debts shall not
       happen by the default of the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and
       Joseph Ensor  And the said William Askew doth hereby make Ordain
       Constitute and Appoint the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and
       Joseph Ensor to be his lawfull Attornies Invocable for him and in his name
       to set up and expose to Publick Sale in Manner as is herein before Directed
       all the aforesaid Lotts and Premises and to make and execute in the name
       of him the said William Askew any Deed or Deeds Lease or Leases Assignment
       or Assignments to the several highest Bidders at the Sale so as
       aforesaid to be made for any or either of the Lotts and Premises aforesaid
       and to take and Accept such Security and Satisfaction as they shall think
       fit and for and in the name of him the said William Askew to Ask
       Demand Sue for Recover and receive upon the Trust and Confidence herein
       before expressed of and from all Persons and Persons Whatsoever all sum
       and sums of Money which shall arise and become due by reason or on
       Account of the Sales so as aforesaid to be made And the said William
       Askew doth hereby Give and Grant to the said Charles Frederick
       Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor his full and whole Power in and Concerning
       the before mentioned Premises and will Ratify and Confirm whatsoever
       the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor
       shall Lawfully do or not therein And further that he the said
