       Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County the within named William Askew
       and Acknowledged that the within Instrument of Writing as his Act and Deed
       and the Lands Lotts and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right Title
       and Estate of the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor
       their Heirs and Assigns   And at the same time Came Keziah the Wife
       of the said William Askew and being Privately examined apart and
       out of the hearing of her Husband did Acknowledge the within Premises
       to be the Right and Estate of the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall
       and Joseph Ensor their Heirs and Assigns free and Clear from any claim
       or Title of Dower and that She hereby released all her Right Title and
       Claim of Dower of and in the within mentioned Lotts and Premises
       And that She made this Acknowledgement of her own free will without
       being induced thereto by any Threats of her Husband or fear of his Displeasure

       Mess.rs Charles Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor I Desire that the two first
       Payments may be made and Paid unto W.m Reynolds of the City of Annapolis
       and unto Thomas Jones of Baltimore Town Merchant
          Recorded the 12.th day of Jan.ry 1765      W.m Askew

Ex.d      This Indenture made this fourteenth day of January in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty five Between
       Samuel Howard of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter of the one Part and Elijah Owings of the Province aforesaid
       and County of Baltimore Blacksmith of the other Part    Witnesseth
       that the aforesaid Samuel Howard for and in the Consideration of the
       full and Just sum of Fifty Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain
       to him in hand Paid by the said Elijah Owings the receipt whereof
       the aforesaid Samuel Howard doth Acknowledge himself therewith fully
       Contented Satisfied Contented and Paid and by these Presents hath Given
       Granted bargained and Sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by
