       Lease set and to farm Lett unto the said William Askew all that Lott of
       Land lying in Baltimore Town Distinguished by the Number One hundred
       and one To have and to hold the said Lott of Land unto the said William
       Askew his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during the full Term of
       Ninety nine Years with Covenants therein Contained for renewment of the said
       Lease forever   And Whereas the said Thomas Harrison by one other Indenture
       bearing date the eighteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand
       seven hundred and Sixty one for the Consideration therein mentioned did demise
       Grant Least Sell and to Farm Lett unto the said William Askew all that Lott of
       Land lying in Baltimore Town Distinguished by the Number One hundred
       and two  To have and to hold the said Lott of Land unto the said William
       Askew his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during the full Term of
       Ninety nine Years with Covenants therein Contained for the renewment of
       the same forever   And Whereas a Certain Bryan Philpot by One other Indenture
       bearing date the twenty seventh day of November in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and Sixty two for the Consideration therein mentioned
       Did demise Grant Least Set and to Farm Lett unto the said William
       Askew all those three Lotts of Land lying and being in the Addition to Baltimore
       Town on the east side of Jones's falls Distinguished by the Numbers
       Two hundred and three two hundred and four and two hundred and five
       To have and to hold the said Lotts of Land unto the said William Askew
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during the full end and Term
       of Ninety nine Years to be Compleat and ended with Covenants therein Contained
       for the renewment of the same forever   And Whereas the aforesaid William Askew
       is largely indebted to sundry Persons in Considerable sums of Money for the
       Payment of Great Part thereof the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and
       Joseph Ensor Stand bound ^as^ securities and being Willing and Desirous to indemnify
       and save harmless his said Securities and also to Pay and Satisfy
       all his Creditors by the Sale of the aforementioned Lotts of Lands and Premises
       the aforesaid William Askew hath therefore hereby Agreed and this Indenture
       Accordingly Witnesseth that the aforesaid William Askew for the
       Purpose aforesaid  And also in Consideration of the sum of Five shillings
       Sterling to him in hand Paid by the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall
       and Joseph Ensor hath Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened enfeoffed
