       day of November in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty six made
       between a Certain Thomas Ward of the one Part and the aforesaid William Askew
       of the other Part the said Thomas Ward for the Consideration therein mentioned
       did Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said William
       Askew All that Part of a Lot of Land lying and being in Baltimore  
       Town known and Distinguished by the Number Ninety one Contained within
       the following Courses and Distances begining for the Part thereby Bargained and Sold
       on Gay Street South fifty five degrees feet instant from the Begining Post of the whole
       Lot and running thence South twenty seven & a half feet then east ten Perches
       ti Frederick Street then Bounding on said Street North twenty seven & a half
       feet unto Jacob Keports Lot then to the Begining To have and to hold the
       said Lot and Premises unto him the said William Askew his Heirs and Assigns
       forever   And Whereas the said William Askew is also seised in fee of and in
       all that Part of the said Lott Number ninety one which lies to the Southward
       of that Part Sold by the said Thomas Ward to the said William Askew
       Begining for the same at the end of ^the^ South twenty seven and a half Feet line of the said
       Part so as aforesaid Sold and running thence South to      Street and thence Bounding
       on the said Street ^East^ To Frederick Street then on the said Street North to the
       aforesaid Part then with the same to the Begining   And Whereas by one other
       Indenture bearing date the fourteenth day of November in the Year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty eight made between the said
       William Askew and a Certain Thomas Harrison the said Thomas Harrison
       for the Consideration therein ^contained^ mentioned did demise Grant Lease set and to farm
       Let unto the said William Askew all that Lot of Land lying in Baltimore Town
       on the West side of Jones's falls Distinguished by the Number One hundred To have
       and to hold the same unto the said William Askew his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns for and during the full ^Term^ of Ninety nine Years with Covenants
       in the same   Contained for the renewment of the said Lease forever    And
       Whereas the said Thomas Harrison by one other Indenture bearing date the
       twenty second day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred
       and Sixty for the Consideration therein mentioned did demise Grant
