       and Confirmed Assigned Transferred and set Over and by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain and Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm Assign Transfer and set over unto the said
       Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor all the aforesaid Lotts of Land and
       Premises mentioned and expressed in the before recited Indenture together with all
       Houses Buildings Improvements whatsoever on the said Lotts of Land or either of
       them and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the said William Askew of in to or out of the af.d
       Lotts of Land or either of them or any Part of either of them and the Revertion
       and Revertions Remainder or Remainders Rents issues and Profits of the aforesaid
       Lotts of Land and Premises in the before resited mentioned Indentures unto the
       said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor their ^Heirs^ Executors Administrators
       & Assigns from henceforth forever in like Manner as he the said William
       Askew now holdeth the same Subject to the Conditions Limitations and Provisers in
       the same recited Deeds mentioned and expressed to And for the Uses Profitts and
       Purposes herein after mentioned that is to say Upon Trust that they the said Charles
       ^Frederick^ Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall
       and will within a Convenient time and at a Convenient Place the said Charles
       Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor having first Given notice of such time and
       Place either in the Publick Gazette of this Province or by Advertisements set up
       in the most Publick Places of Baltimore County set up and expose to Sale Seperately
       to the highest Bidder for each all the aforesaid Lotts of Land Premises
       before mentioned and after such Sale so as aforesaid made then upon Trust in
       the next Place that they the said Charles ^Frederick^ Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor their
       Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns shall and will out of the Money
       Arising by Sale Pay and Satisfy in the first Place unto all and every Person all such
       sum and sums with all and every Costs and Charges therein on the said Charles
       Frederick Wiesenthall and Joseph Ensor are liable and Chargeable to Pay as
       Securities for the said William Askew either Jointly or Seperately and the
       Ballance remaining in the Hands of the said Charles Frederick Wiesenthall
       and Joseph Ensor after such Payments so as aforesaid ^be^ made to Pay
       and Satisfy in such Manner and in such Case Order and Proportion
       to the several Creditors of the said William Askew as shall be between
