       of them to him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns
       shall and will forever hereafter Warrant and defend and further that he the
       said James Walling Junior and his Heirs shall and will at any Time
       or Times hearafter at the reasonable request Costs and Charges of him
       the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs or Assigns make do Acknowledge
       suffer levy and execute all such further and other reasonable Act Deed
       or Assurance whatsoever as he the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs
       or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall divise Advise
       or require for the more Effectual Assurance and Conveyance of the said Part
       of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Premises with the Appurtenances In
       Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first
       above Written                                             James Walling   Seal
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in
       the Presence of us
           John Darnall                          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                William Kind                    Written Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within
       named Thomas Johnson Junior the sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling being
       the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me
       Witness                                                                        James Walling
       John Darnall

       November the 22.d 1764 Came before us the Subscribers two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for Frederick County the within named
       James Walling Junior and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises therein mentioned to
       be the Right and Estate of the within named Thomas Johnson Jun.r his
       Heirs and Assigns    According to the true intent and meaning of the
       Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided   At the same Time Came
       also before us Mary the Wife of the said James Walling Jun.r and being
       by us Privately examined apart from and out of the hearing of her said
       Husband did release all her Right Title & Interest of Dower of and into
       the Land within mentioned to be Bargained and Sold to the within named
       Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and Heirs and did at the same time
       declare that She made this her Acknowledgment and Release Voluntarily
