       said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns forever   All that part
       of a Tract or Parcell of Land lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid
       Granted and Confirmed to him the said James Walling Junior by the
       Right Honourable the Lord proprietary his Patent of Confirmation called the Resurvey
       on the Adventure (the said whole Tract Containing Eleven hundred
       and Sixty five Acres of Land more or Less) which is included and Contained
       within the following lines to wit  Begining for the said Part at the Begining
       of the thirty eigth line of the said whole Tract and running by and with the
       lines of the said whole Tract to the end of the fifty eighth line thereof and from
       the end of the said fifty eigth line to the said Begining of the Part aforesaid
       which said Part contains three hundred and Seventy one Acres of Land more or less
       together with all Houses Buildings Gardens Ways Orchards Woods Underwoods
       Waters Water Courses Improvements Advantages Priviledges and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said Tract Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid belonging or
       in anywise Appertaining    And the Revertion and Revertions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents issues and Profitts of the said Part of the Tract of Land
       aforesaid and Premises and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession
       Property claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said James Walling
       Junior of in and to the said Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Appurtenances
       To have and to hold the said Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid
       and Premises with the Appurtenances to him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his
       Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Thomas
       Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent
       or Purpose whatsoever and the said James Walling Junior for himself his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant and Grant to and with
       the afsaid Thomas Junior his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns in Manner
       and form following that is to say That he the said James Walling Junior
       and his Heirs the said Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Premises with
       the Appurtenances from against him the said James Walling and his Heirs
       and all Persons lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any
