475 Part of a Tract of Land Called Anglins Discovery lying in Ann Arundel County aforesaid being the Eastermost Part of the said Tract of land and Containing Sixty Five Acres more or Less with all and Singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and To hold the said Part of a Tract of Land afd unto him the said Elie Vallette his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only Proper Use and behoof of him the said Elie Vallette his heirs and Assigns In Witness whereof the said Charles Wallace hath hereunto Set his hand and seal the day and Year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of Cha.s Wallace s Nath.l Waters Reverdy Ghiselin Mem.d December the 19.th 1764 Came Charles Wallace Party to the above Deed and Acknowledged the same & the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named Elie Vallette his heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning of the said Deed Acknowledged before Reverdy Ghiselin W.m Steuart 2 3/4 sides This Indenture made this 22.d day of November in the Year of of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between James Walling Junior of Frederick County Farmer of the one Part and Thomas Johnson Junior of the City of Annapolis Attorney at Law of the other Part Witnesseth that the said James Walling Junior for and in Consideration of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand Paid by the said Thomas Johnson Junior at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof doth Acquit and Discharge the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these Presents Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth give Grant Bargain Sell Alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto the (said) |
