       said Robert Couden his Executors Administrators or Assigns the full and Just sum of
       ninety six pounds Current Money of Maryland with the legal Interest for the same
       together with the charge of Recording the Deed or Mortgage at or upon the thirteenth
       day of September in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty four which
       said sum of Money together with the charge of Recording the Deed or Mortgage
       is not Paid According to the said Proviso or Condition    Now this Witnesseth
       that the said Robert Couden for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred
       and four Pounds nine shillings and six Pence Current Money being the Account
       of the Principal sum of Money af.d and Interest thereon and the charge of
       Drawing and Recording the said recited Deed of Mortgage by the said James
       Maccubbin in hand Paid at and ^or^ before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom
       and of and from every Part and Parcell thereof doth hereby release Acquitt and
       Discharge the said James Maccubbin his Heirs Ext.rs and Administrators
       Hath Assigned Transferred and setover and by these Presents doth Assign
       Transfer and setover unto him the said James Maccubbin his Heirs
       and Assigns all that Tract or Parcell of Land and Premises in the said recited
       Indenture mentioned called Chalmer Chance lying and being in
       Dorchester County af.d Containing by estimation Three hundred and
       forty two Acres and one half Acre more or Less with all and every the
       Appurtenances thereto belonging and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said
       Robert Couden of in to or out of the said herby Aliened or Assigns Land
       and Premises or any Part thereof and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and of every
       Part and Parcell thereof To have and to Hold the said Tract or Parcell
       Land and all and Singular other the Premises herein before
       mentioned or intended to be hereby Assigned Transferred and setover
