       to the end of the twenty first Course of the Original Tract called Progress then with Edward
       Dorseys part of the aforesaid Progress North forty Perches North Sixteen degrees
       West thirty eight Perches North twenty four degrees east Seventy six Perches South fifty
       five degrees east Seventy eight Perches South eleven degrees Thirty Minutes West Sixty
       three Perches North forty three degrees east Forty Perches to a red Oak Sapling marked
       with four Stipes one of the Original Bounders of the aforesaid Progress Then South
       forty three degrees West forty Perches North eleven degrees thirty Minutes east Sixty three
       Perches North fifty five degrees West Seventy eight Perches South twenty four degrees West
       Seventy six Perches South Sixteen degrees east Thirty eight Perches to the end of the thirty
       second Course of the Original Tract called Progress then with the Dividing line of that
       Part of the Progress formerly Benjamin Whips Deceased South forty three degrees West
       forty two Perches to the end of the fifty fourth Course of the Original Tract Called the
       Progress then North twenty three degrees West twenty two Perches then South forty
       six degrees West Sixty Perches South twenty six degrees east Twenty Pearches South
       fifty six degrees east fifty two Perches to Intersect the fifty fifth Course of the Original
       Tract called the Progress then with the said Original line South one hundred Perches
       Then with a Streight line to the first begining Containing and laid out for one hundred
       and twenty Nine Acres of Land more or Less Together with all houses outhouses
       Orchards fenceings Gardens and all and Singular the Improvements Premises
       and Appurtenances unto the same belonging or in anywise Appurtaining
       To have and to hold the said One hundred and Twenty nine Acres of Land
       aforesaid together with all and Singular the Premises and Appurtenances
       unto the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only
       Proper use and behooff of him the said Edward Dorsey and his Heirs
       in Manner and form af.d Conveyed against him the said Thomas Selman
       his Heirs and Assigns and against all and every ^other^ Person & Persons
       Whatsoever the s.d Thomas Selman or his Heirs shall and will Warrant
       and forever Defend by these Presents and the said Thomas Selman
