445.

       further Covenants to and with the said Edward Dorsey that he the said Thomas
       Selman and his Heirs shall and will at the Reasonable request and at the
       Cost and charge of the said Edward Dorsey or his Heirs further do or suffer
       to be done any other lawfull Act or Acts thing or things device or Devices for
       the better Surety and ^more^ sure making of the Land and Premises unto the said
       Edward Dorsey his Heirs or Assigns as by the said Edward Dorsey or his
       Heirs or his or their Council Learned in the law shall be reasonably devised
       Advised or Required In Witness whereof the Parties first above named hath
       hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year first above
       Written                                                            Thom.s Sellman      Seal
          Signed Sealed and Delivered
          in the Presence of us
                   H Ridgeley                  On the back of the aforegoing Deed was
                   John Burgess Jun.r       thus Written Viz.t

          Oct.o 1.st 1764  Received of M.r Edward Dorsey the sum of one hundred
       and Twelve Pounds Current Money being the Consideration Money
       within mentioned                  P me      Tho.s Sellman
          H Ridgely
                            Oct.r 1.st 1764  Then came before us two of his Lordships Justices
       for Ann Arundel County the within named Thomas Sellman and Acknowledged
       the within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Land and
       Premises therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named
       Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever

       1764 Oct.o 21.st Received of Edward Dorsey son John Five shillings
       and two Pence Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation
       fine on the within One hundred and twenty nine Acres of Land
       by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships
       Agent and receiver General
9 1/2 sides                                                              Benj.a Beall
       Recorded the 20.th day of Oct.o 1764
