439.

       Pounds five shillings Current Money of Maryland to him in hand Paid by the said
       Lloyd Dulany at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt
       whereof is hereby Acknowledged by the said Sarah Rasin hath Granted bargained
       Sold Aliened and conveyed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell and
       Convey unto him the said Lloyd Dulany his Heirs and Assigns forever All that
       the aforesaid Part of the Tract or Parcell of Land aforesaid called Warners Marsh
       devised by the aforesaid George Warner to his said Daughter Mary Warner together
       with all Houses outhouses Edifices Buildings Gardens Ways Waters Water
       Courses easements Profitts Commodities Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said part of the Tract or Parcell of Land aforesaid hereby Bargained
       and Sold belonging or in anywise Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and
       of every part and Parcell thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest     
       us trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of the aforesaid William
       Rasin and his Heirs and also all the Estate Right Title Dower and
       Claim or Right or title of Dower of her the said Sarah Rasin of into and
       out of the same part of the Tract or Parcell of Land aforesaid hereby bargained
       and Sold and of into and out of every part and Parcell thereof
       and Premises with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the said hereby
       bargained and sold part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and every Part and
       Parcell thereof and Premises with the Appurtenances to him the said Lloyd
       Dulany his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and Behoof of him
       the said Lloyd Dulany his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no
       other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and
       Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered               Sarah Rasin      Seal
       in the Presence of us
       James McLachlan         On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
       Sam.ll Thompson         Written Viz.t
