       1764 Oct.ober the 12.th Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Charles Carroll Esq and did
       Acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and that
       the said Part of a lott therein mentioned to be Conveyed to be the Right
       and Estate of the within named Frederick Absolute Lord and Proprietary
       of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore his heirs
       and Assigns forever According to the true intent and meaning thereof

       1764 Oct.r 12.th Received of the Right Honourable Frederick Lord Baltimore
       one half Penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation
       fine on the within Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd
       Esq his said Lordships Agent and receiver General

Ex.d   This Indenture made this eighth day of October in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       hundred and Sixty four Between Sarah Rasin of Kent County in Maryland Widow
       and Executrix of William Rasin late of the same County Gentleman Deceased of the
       one Part and Lloyd Dulany of the City of Annapolis Gentleman of the other part
       Whereas the said William Rasin deceased at the time of his Death being seised
       in fee and Possessed of and in all that part of a Tract or Parcell of Land at Howells
       Point in Kent County aforesaid called Warners Marsh devised by George Warner
       of Cecil County Deceased in or about the Year Seventeen hundred and three
       to his Daughter Mary Warner Mother of the aforesaid Sarah ^William^ Rasin did by his
       Testament and last Will in Writing will and direct that his Executrix the aforesaid
       Sarah Rasin should Sell and dispose (among other things) of his Lands at Howells
       Point      Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Sarah Rasin by
       Virtue and in Pursuance and execution of the Testament and last Will aforesaid
       and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred and Sixty one
