       the within named Lloyd Dulany the sum of Two hundred and Sixty one Pounds five
       shillings being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me

          On the eighth day of October 1764 Came before us the Subscribers two Justices
       of the Peace for Kent County the within named Sarah Rasin and did Acknowledge
       the within Instrument of Writing to be her Act and Deed and the Part
       of the Tract of Land within mentioned and within Bargained and Sold to the
       within mentioned LLoyd Dulany and every Part and Parcell thereof and Premises
       with the Appurtenances to be the Right Title and Estate of the within
       mentioned Lloyd Dulany his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the
       True intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such
       Cases made and Provided

       1764 ^Oct.o^ Received of M.r Lloyd Dulany Five shillings and seven Pence half Penny
       Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within
       Land (Supposing the Quantity conveyed to be no more than one hundred and
       forty Acres) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships
       Agent and receiver General

Ex.d         Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made this First day of Oct.o A Domini
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between John Dorsey of Ann Arundel County
       Merchant of the one Part and Edward Dorsey son of Jn.o of the County aforesaid
       Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth that he the said John Dorsey for and in
       Consideration of the sum of Twenty five Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain
       to him in hand Paid ^by the said Edward Dorsey^ at and before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the receipt of which he the said John Dorsey doth hereby Acknowledge
       and thereof and therefrom and from every Part and Parcell thereof Doth
