Ex.d This Indenture made this ninth day of October in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       hundred and Sixty four Between William Pinkston of Frederick County Carpenter
       of the one Part and Thomas Johnson junior of the City of Annapolis Attorney at Law
       of the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Pinkston for and in Consideration
       of the sum of Seventy Pounds Current Money of Pensylvania to him in hand
       by the said Thomas Johnson junior Paid at or before the sealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the receipt whereof the said William Pinkston doth hereby Acknowledge
       and therefrom Acquit and Discharge the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these Presents Have Given
       Granted Bargained Sold Aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these Presents
       Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Thomas
       Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or Parcell of Land called
       Sedling Hill lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid Containing fifty Acres
       of land more or less Together with all Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Ways Waters
       Water Courses commodities Previledges and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or
       Parcell of Land belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and
       Parcell thereof   And all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Profits Property Claim
       and Demand Whatsoever of him the said William Pinkston of in and to the said
       Tract or Parcell of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances and of in and to
       every Part and Parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of
       Land and Premises with the Appurtenances and every Part and Parcel thereof to him
       the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper Use
       and Behooffe of him the said Thomas Johnson junior his Heirs and Assigns forever
       and to or for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said William
       Pinkston for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Thomas Johnson junior his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators and Assigns that he the said William Pinkston
       and his Heirs the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premises with
