433 Witness the aforesaid Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon have and each of them hath set their Hands and Seals hereunto by Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany their Attorneys constituted as aforesaid the day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered by Daniel Andrew Theodore Bourdillon S Dulany and Walter Dulany in the names of the af.d Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon s Jane Bourdillon in the Presence of NRuxton Gay Benjamin Rogers On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Received the within Consideration by the Hands of Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany within mentioned Test Andrew Theodore Burdillon Benjamin Rogers Jane Bourdillon the fifteenth day of August 1764 Then came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County the within mentioned Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany and by Virtue of ^the^ within receited Letter of Attorney did Acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing as the Act and Deed of the said Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon by them under the Authority aforesaid executed and the Land and Premises herein mentioned to be Bargained and Sold to be the Right Title and Estate of Charles Wiesenthall Party to the within Deed his Heirs and Assigns forever NRuxton Gay Benjamin Rogers 1764 Received of Charles Wiesenthall four shillings Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation fine on the within one hundred Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his 11 1/2 sd said Lordships Agent and receiver General Benj.a Beall Recorded the 4.th of October 1764 |
