       Heirs ^Executors^ and Administrators Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said
       William Coale his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Edward Dorsey ^and^ his Heirs
       and Assigns the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging to him the said William Coale his Heirs and Assigns will
       Warrant and defend by these Presents against him the said Edward Dorsey
       and his Heirs or Assigns or any other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming
       any Right Title or Interest therein from by or under him According to the true
       intent and meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the Party to these Presents
       hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the day and Year above Written
       Note the Parts rased in this Deed was before Signing and Acknowled^g^ing
       of the same

                                    On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Received this 19.th day of March Anno Domini 1764 of the within named William
       Coale the sum of eighty Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain the Consideration
       within mentioned
                                               I say received by      Edw.d Dorsey of BC
       Witness
                   Ephoward

       Memorandum that on the 19.th day of March Anno Dom 1764 came the within
       named Edward Dorsey and Acknowledge the within Land and Premises to be  
       the Right and Estate of the within named William Coale his Heirs and Assigns
       forever Also Deborah the Wife of the said Edward who being Privately Examined
       as the Law Directs Acknowledge her right of Dower to the same to be the right
       of the said William Coale his Heirs and Assigns forever and that she did the
       same of her own free will and Voluntary Consent without being Compelled thereby
       by any Threats from her said Husband or for fear of his Displeasure Taken
       and Acknowledged before us two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundel
       County
