       1764 April 9.th Received of M.r William Coale Seventeen shillings and one
       half Penny Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation
       Fine on the within Four hundred & Twenty six Acres of Land by Virtue of a
       Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent & receiver General

Ex.d      This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of September in the Year
       Seventeen hundred and sixty four Between John Rogers of the City of Annapolis
       of the one Part and Gerrard Truman Greenfield of Prince Georges County Planter
       of the other Part Whereas for the Docking Barring and extinguishing all Estate
       Tail and Reversions or Remainders thereupon expectant or Depending of and in
       the Land and Appurtenances herein after mentioned the said John Rogers did
       heretofore (at the request Cost and Charges of the said Gerrard Truman Greenfield)
       Prosecute and sue forth out of his Lordships high Court of Chancery his
       said Lordships Writ of entry Surdisseisin enlepost against him the said Gerrard
       Truman Greenfield returnable and returned to the Provincial Court at Annapolis
       on the second Tuesday of September instant whereby the said John Rogers did
       Demand against him the said Gerrard Truman Greenfield all those three
       following Tracts or Parcells of Land lying and being formerly in Calvert County
       but now in Prince Georges County aforesaid that is to say Relation Containing
       three hundred Acres Addition Containing one hundred and fifty Acres and the Barrens
       Containing one hundred and ten Acres with the Appurtenances to the same
       several Tracts ^of Land^ belonging to which said Writ the said Gerrard Truman Greenfield
       did Appear in his Proper Person and Vouch to Warrant thereof the common
       Vouchee who did thereupon Appear and enter into the said Warranty and
       after Imparlance make Default and such further and other Proceedings were
       therein had so that a Good and Perfect common Recovery with single Voucher
       for Assuring of Lands in such Case used and Accustomed Now this
