       Perches thence South Seventy five degrees east forty six Perches thence South
       fifty degrees east fifty two Perches thence North twenty six degrees east thirty
       six Perches thence North six degrees West Sixty Perches thence North Sixty
       degrees east twenty eight Perches thence South Sixty degrees east thirty six
       Perches thence North Sixty seven East Thirty Perches unto a Branch called
       the Great Fork then bounding Down on said Branch South thirty seven
       degrees east thirty eight Perches thence South nineteen degrees east
       Twenty Perches which intersects the North Seventy six degrees East fifty eight
       Perches line (being the thirty fourth line) of a Tract of Land called Johns Chance
       then bounding on that Land the three following Courses Viz.t South seventy
       six degrees West Sixty six Perches thence South forty six Perches thence South
       forty degrees West Seventy three Perches thence North eighty seven degrees
       West forty four Perches thence North forty ^seventy^ five degrees West thirty eight Perches
       thence North twenty degrees West fifty Perches thence North Seven degrees
       east Twenty Perches thence fifty two degrees West fifty one Perches
       which intersects the Sixth Course of the Original Survey the
       six following Courses Viz.t South thirteen degrees West fifty eight Perches
       thence South Sixty three degrees West twenty eight Perches then North
       West Twenty Perches thence North twenty six degrees east eleven Perches
       thence North Sixty nine degrees West fifty four Perches thence South thirty
       eight degrees West thirty eight Perches thence North thirty seven degrees West
       thirty four Perches then with a Streight line to the Begining Containing
       Four hundred and Twenty six Acres more or Less together with all
       and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land together with
       all and Singular the Premises thereunto belonging unto him the said
       William Coale his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only Proper use and
       behooff of him the said William Coale his Heirs and Assigns forever
       And the said Edward Dorsey Doth hereby for himself and his
