       Good sure Perfect and Absolute and indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in Fee
       Simple of and in all and Singular the said Premisses with the Appurtenances
       without any Manner of Condition Mortgage Limitation of use or uses or other
       matter Cause or thing to alter Change Charge or Determine the same & that
       no other Person or Persons hath or have any Right Title Claim ^Estate^ Interest or Demand
       in or to the said Premisses or any Part thereof and they the said William Woodward
       & Mary Holmes or one of them now have or hath Good Right full Power and
       Lawfull Authority to grant release bargain Sell & convey the said Premisses According
       to the intent and meaning of these Presents And also that the said Benjamin
       Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany
       Walter Dulany & Charles Carroll the Younger shall and may at all times
       forever hereafter Peaceably and Quietly Have hold Occupy Possess and enjoy
       all and Singular the said Premisses with the Appurtenances without the
       lett Trouble Hinderance Molestation Interruption and Denial of him the
       said William Woodward his Heirs or Assigns and the said Mary Holmes
       her Heirs or Assigns or either or any of them and of all and every ^other^ Person and
       Persons whatsoever and that freed and Discharged or Otherwise well and Sufficiently
       saved and kept harmless & indemnified of and from all other Bargains
       ^of and from all other Bargains^ Sales Gifts Grants Leases Mortgages Jointures and of and from all other Bargains
       Sales Gifts Grants Leases Mortgages Jointures & of and from all Dowers
       and Dower & Right and Claim of Dowers and Dower Uses Wills Seizures
       Writings Obligatory Recognizances extents Judgments Executions Rents and
       Arrearages of Rent and of and from all Charges and other Estates Rights Titles
       Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever and also that they the said William
       Woodward & Mary Holmes and each of them & their and each of their Heirs
       shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter upon the
       Reasonable request & at the Proper Cost and Charges of them the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law
