       to the said Charles Carroll Barrister at Law his Heirs and Assigns one Tenth
       Part or Share undivided of the said Premisses to the said Daniel Dulany his
       Heirs and Assignes one other Tenth part or Share undivided of the said Premisses
       to the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assignes and one other
       and the remaining fifth Part or Share of the Premisses aforesaid to the said
       Charles Carroll the Younger his Heirs and Assignes To them the said Benjamin
       Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel
       Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger as Tenants
       in Common and not as Jointenants the said Benjamin Tasker Charles ^Carroll^
       Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany
       & Charles Carroll the Younger having Contributed and Paid in the said
       Proportions Shares Prospects the Consideration or Purchase Money aforesaid
       and they the said Parties having Agreed to take & the said William Woodward
       & Mary Holmes to convey Grant and release to him the Premisses
       aforesaid ^with^ unto the Appurtenances as Tenants in common and not as Jointenants
       in order that no Right of Survivorship or Occupation might take
       Place operate or enure upon Concerning or in respect of the Premisses
       or any Part thereof And the said William Woodward & Mary Holmes
       for themselves & each for him & herself their and their respective Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assignes do Covenant Grant and Agree to
       and with the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll
       Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany & Charles Carroll
       the Younger that they the said William Woodward Mary Holmes
       or one of them ^now are or is^ is the True lawfull & Rightfull Owners or Owner of the
       Premisses aforesaid hereby Granted and released or mentioned or intended
       to be hereby Granted and released & that they or one of them now
       have or hath and are or is lawfully and rightfully Seised of & in a
