       Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger their
       or their Respective Heirs or Assigns make do and execute or cause or Procure
       to be made done and executed all and every such further & other Act
       lawfull Act & Acts thing and things Device & Devices Conveyance &
       Conveyances Assurance & Assurances for the better better and more Perfect
       Granting and Transferring of all and Singular the Premisses aforesaid unto
       the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister
       at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the
       Younger their Heirs and Assigns to the effect intent and Purpose
       aforesaid as shall be reasonably required of them the said William Woodward
       & Mary Holmes or either of them their or either of their Heirs
       And Lastly the said William Woodward for himself his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns doth Covenant Grant and
       Agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles
       Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany & Charles
       Carroll the Younger their Heirs and Assigns respectively that they
       the said Mary Holmes & her Heirs shall and will at all times
       hereafter at the reasonable request and at their Proper Cost & Charge
       make do and execute or Procure to be made Done and executed any
       other lawfull Act and Acts Assurance and Assurances for the better
       and more Perfect Granting the said Premisses According to the intent
       and meaning of these Presents to the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker
       Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany
       Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger as shall be reasonably
       devised and required for and concerning the same In Witness
       whereof the said William Woodward on his own behalf and the said
       Mary Holmes by the said William Woodward her Attorney
