       within the Bounds limits and extent of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land and each
       of them or belonging or in anywise Appertaining or which now are or formerly have
       been accepted reputed used Occupied or enjoyed to or with the same or as Part Parcell
       or Member thereof or any Part thereof and also the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Services and Profitts of the Premisses
       hereby Granted & released or meant or intended to be hereby Granted and released
       & of every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances & also all the
       Estate Right Title claim Interest & Demand whatsoever as well in Law as
       in Equity of them the said William Woodward & Mary Holmes & each of them
       in all and every respect whatsoever and howsoever vested acquired founded
       or derived in and to all and Singular the Premises hereby Granted and
       released or meant or mentioned to be Granted and released hereby and of in
       and to every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances & also all Deeds
       Miniments Writings Escripts & Edifices touching and Concerning the Premisses
       or any part thereof To have and to hold all & Singular and every the Premisses
       hereby Granted and released or mentioned or intended hereby to be Granted and
       released and every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel
       Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger in manner and
       Form their Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel
       Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger in Prince Georges
       County in Manner and form following that is to say one undivided fifth Part
       or Share of the Premisses aforesaid hereby Granted & released or mentioned or
       hereby intended to be Granted & released with the Appurtenances to the said
       Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns the other undivided fifth Part
       or Share of the said Premisses to the said Charles Carroll his Heirs
       and Assigns one other undivided fifth Part or Share of the said Premisses
