       being with their and each of their Appurtenances in Baltimore County And
       Whereas after the Decease of the said Amos Garrett the said Mary Holmes
       and Elizabeth Gin became seized in and of the aforesaid Tracts or Parcells
       of Land and Particularly of the Tracts or Parcells of Land aforesaid (that is
       to say) the Land of Goshen & Cannons Delight & being so seized departed
       this life but before their Deaths made and executed respectively their several
       last Wills and Testaments in due form of Law being at the Time of
       the Execution thereof in due manner & rightfully seized of the Premisses And
       whereas the said Mary Woodward in and by her said last Will devised
       and gave unto the said William Woodward & Mary Holmes their
       Heirs and Assigns all her undivided Moiety of the said Tracts or Parcells
       of Land among other things upon the Trust & to the intent and
       Purpose that they the said William Woodward and Mary Holmes or
       the Survivor of them or the Heirs or such Survivor should as soon as
       Conveniently might be join with the aforesaid Elizabeth Gin in Sale
       of the said Lands or in Case of her Death that they the said William
       Woodward & Mary Holmes or the Survivor of them or the Heirs of
       such Survivor should make Sale of the said Lands for the best
       Price that could reasonably be had or obtained for the same which
       monies so ^to^ be raised were directed by the said last Will to be divided
       among the Persons mentioned therein for that Purpose as by the said last
       Will referrence being thereunto had may more fully Appear And Whereas
       the said Elizabeth Gin in and by her said last Will in Writing Gave
       and Devised all her Estate and Effects in Maryland which should
       be unsold at her Decease between the Children of her late Sister the afs.d
       Mary Woodward and the Survivors and Survivor of them as by the said
       Will referrence being thereunto had may more fully Appear and the
