       Land South sixty three degrees West Sixteen Perches then North Seventy five degrees
       West Twenty Perches then North fifteen degrees east twenty eight Perches then North
       eighty one degrees West Sixty six Perches then South thirteen degrees east thirty three
       Perches then South three degrees West one hundred Sixty and four Perches then South
       Sixty four ^one^ degrees West Twenty four Perches then South four degrees east eighty Perches
       to the Original then with it reversing which is North Twenty degrees east
       Sixty four Perches then North eighty four degrees east Fifty four Perches then North fourteen
       degrees east one hundred and ninety Perches then by a Straight line to the Begining Containing
       and now laid out for one hundred Acres of Land be the same more or Less
       also one other Tract or Parcell of Land now called Johns Disappointment being part
       of a Tract of land called the James and Mary lying and being in Prince
       Georges County Begining for the Part thereof at the end of Seventy Perches on the
       tenth line of the said Land called James and Mary and running with the said
       Line South eighteen degrees West fifty Perches then South forty four degrees East ^One^ two
       hundred and twelve Perches then South twenty five degrees east one hundred Sixty
       Perches then South fifty two and half degrees West one hundred and Two Perches
       then North forty four degrees West thirty six Perches then North eleven degrees West
       Two hundred and Seventy Perches then North eighteen degrees East Sixty Perches
       then with a Straight line to the Begining Containing and now laid out for Seventy
       five Acres of Land more or Less together with all Right Credits Profitts benefitts &
       Previledges thereunto belonging or in anywise Appertaining and also all Trees Woods
       under Wood Meadows Pastures Waters and Waters Courses Advantages Emoluments
       and Hereditaments watsoever to the same bargained Parcell of Land belonging
       and also the reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders rents and Services
       of the said Premisses and every Part and Parcell thereof and also all the
       Estate Right Title Interest and Demands whatsoever of them the
       said Alexan.r Beall Robert Beall and Arch.ld Edmondston off in and to
       the same Premisses and every Part and Parcell thereof To have and to
       Hold all and Singular the Premisses above mentioned and every part
