       and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto the same James Beall his
       Heirs Administrators and Assigns and to the Proper Use and Behoof
       of him the said James Beall his Heirs and Assigns forever and that
       they the said Alexander Beall Robert Beall and Archibald Edmonston
       for themselves and their Heirs the said Granted Parcell of Land and Premisses
       and every Part thereof against them and Heirs heirs unto the same
       James Beall his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrand and forever
       Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the Partyes first to these
       Presents have set their Hands and Seals the day and Date above Written
       Mem the Words doth Acknowledge between            Alex.r Beall   Seal
       the fifth and sixth lines was before Sealed                   Rob.t Beall   Seal
          and Delivered
       Mem.n the words Prince Georges County                  Arch.d Edmonston   Seal
       between the Seventeen and eighteen lines
       was before Sealed and Delivered
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in
       the Presence of us
          Cha.s Jones
          Andrew Heugh      On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written

       Received July the 28.th 1764 of James Beall the within named one hundred
       Pounds Current Money of Maryland in full for the Consideration within
       mentioned                                                               P.r Alex.r Beall

             Frederick County fs.t July the 28.th 1764  Then came Alexander
       Beall Robert Beall and Archb.a Edmonston Parties to the within Deed before
       Two of his Lordships Justices of ^on^ the said County and Acknowledge the within
       Deed Land and Premisses to be the Right and Property of the within
       named James Beall his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the Act
       of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided   Cha.s Jones
