       Locust Post Containing by Estimation One hundred and thirty seven Acres of Land
       more or Less   To have and To hold all and singular the aforesaid Lands and Premisses
       with their and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever as by the said Deed reference being thereunto had may more fully and at as
       large appear   And Whereas the said Ariana Margaritta Harris on a Supposition that
       there might have been a piece of vacant Land between the said North Levell and the said
       Frisby's Prime Choice she the said Ariana Margarita Harris Obtained a Special Warrant
       on a Tract of Land called Hard groves Choice and had the same resurveyed and aided
       thereto some Land as Vacancy Part of which lying on the East side of the said Road the said
       John Brice Alledged to be part of the aforesaid Tract of Land Called Frisby's Prime Choice
       between the said Tract of Land called the North Levell and Frisbys Prime Choice and
       obtained a pattent for the same out of the Land Office at the City aforesaid by the Name
       of Hargrave's Choice      and which said Pattent bears date the sixteenth day of April
       in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred fifty and one      Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the said Ariana Margaritta Harris In order to prevent any dispute or Law suits
       that may hereafter Arise between her the said Ariana Margarita Harris and the said John Brice
       their and each of their Heirs and Assigns and also for and in Consideration of the sum of five
       shillings sterling Money of Great Britain to her in hand paid before the sealing and delivery
       of these Presents the receipt whereof she doth hereby Acknowledged hath granted bargained
       sold Aliened Enfeoffed released and Confirmed and by these presents for herself and her heirs
       Doth grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff release and Confirm unto him the Said John Brice
       his Heirs and Assigns all her Right Title Interest use trust property Claim and Demand
       Whatsoever of the said Ariana Margarita Harris of in and to the Lands and Premisses
       mentioned in the afore recited Deed of Bargain and sale from the aforesaid Thomas Bordley
       to the aforesaid John Brice according to the Several Meets and Bounds as in the afore
       recited deed is Expressed   To have and To hold the same Lands and Premisses with
       their and each of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and
       Assigns and to and for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Ariana
       Margaritta Harriss for herself her Heirs Executors and Administrators hereby
       Covenants and Agrees to and with the said John Brice his heirs and Assigns that she
       the said Ariana Margarita Harris and her Heirs the afd Land and Premisses
