       within the Meets and Bounds aforesaid Expressed unto him the said John Brice his heirs
       and Assigns against her the said Ariana Margaritta Harris and her heirs and against all
       and every person or persons Claiming by from or under her them or any or either of them
       shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents in Witness whereof the said
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and seals the Day and Year
       first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered                                             A M Harris
       in the Presence of
       Th Ringgold                              On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was
       Ja Ringgold Jun.r                        thus Written to Wit

       Received the fifth day of July Anno Domini 1763 of the within named
       John Brice the sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain being
       the Consideration Money within Mentioned I say received by
       Witness   Th Ringgold                                                         A M Harris
                   Ja Ringgold Jun.r

          On the fifth day of July in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven
       hundred and sixty three before the subscriber one of the Lord Propry of the province
       of Maryland his Justices of the Provincial Court of the province aforesaid personally
       appeared the within named Ariana Margaritta Harris and Acknowledged the within
       Indenture as her Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses within Mentioned to be
       the Right and Estate of the within named John Brice his Heirs and Assigns
       according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly
       in such Case made and Provided

                   Recorded the 23.d day of July 1763
11 s.d                                    Thus far accounted for with the Com.rs of the Loan Office


Ex.d      This Indenture made this Sixteenth Day of March in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and sixty three Between Archibald Macnabb
       of Frederick County Merchant of the one Part and Thomas Richardson of the
       City of Annapolis Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Archibald
       Macnabb for and in Consideration of the sums of One hundred and Twenty
