       hold the said first mentioned one hundred Acres of Land and all other the Several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land aforesaid and the aforesaid three Lotts of Ground and
       every of them and all and Singular the Premisses with their and every of their
       Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said John Brice his Heirs and
       Assigns forever to his and their only Proper use and behoof and to and for no other
       use intent or Purpose Whatsoever and the said Zacheus Onion for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators hereby covenants and agrees to and with the Say John Brice his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Zacheus Onion his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators the said first mentioned one hundred Acres of Land
       and all other the several Tracts or Parcells of Land aforesaid and the aforesaid
       three Lotts of Ground and every of them unto him the said John Brice his
       Heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes shall & will forever Warrant and
       Defend against all Persons Whatsoever Provided always and it is the true intent
       and Meaning of these Presents and the Parties to the same that in Case
       the said Zacheus Onion his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall well and
       Truly pay or cause to be Paid unto the above named John Brice his Executors
       Administrators or Assignes the aforesaid sum of One Thousand four hundred
       and Twenty pounds two Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain by Good
       Bills of Exchange drawn at thirty days sight on some Responsible Merchant
       in London with legal Interest for the same from the date hereof together with
       the Charge of drawing and Recording this Indenture or Deed of Mortgage at or
       upon the tenth day of April which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ Seventeen
       hundred and Sixty eight without Fraud or further delay then this Indenture
       or Deed of Mortgage is to be Void and of no Effect else to be and remain in
       full Force and Virtue in Law And the aforesaid Zacheus Onion for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Adm.rs hereby farther Covenants to and with the said John Brice
       his Executors Adm.rs and Assigns that he the said Zacheus Onion his Heirs
