       Containing three hundred and ten Acres of Land more or Less Ishams Addition
       Containing Twenty seven Acres of Land more or Less Sinecor Ridge Otherwise called
       Sinecar Ridge Containing fifty Acres of Land more or Less Heath Coats Cottage Containing
       five hundred Acres of Land more or Less Rebeccas Lott Containing one hundred Acres
       of Land more or Less Margarets Delight Containing Twenty six Acres of Land more or
       Less Whites Hall Containing three hundred Acres of Land more or Less Onions Interest
       Containing two hundred and forty Acres of Land more or Less Coopers Paradise Containing
       one hundred Acres of Land more or Less Sinecar Ridge Otherwise called Lemars
       Ridge Containing one hundred Acres of Land more or Less Talbots Care Containing
       eighty Acres of Land more or Less Belts Posterity Otherwise called Belts Prosperity Otherwise
       called Belts Posterity Containing three hundred Acres of Land more or Less Envells
       Chase Otherwise called Envills Chance Containing Two hundred and thirty Acres
       of Land more or Less and also all those three Lotts of Ground lying and being in the  
       Town of Joppa in Baltimore County aforesaid Numbered 26 27 & 28 together with
       all Edifices Buildings Mills Furnaces for Casting of Iron Forges for making Iron into
       Barrs Gardens Orchards Pastures ways Waters and Water Courses Commodities Previledges
       Improvements Immoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to
       the said first mentioned one hundred Acres of Land and all other the several Tracts
       of Land aforesaid and the aforesaid three Lotts of Ground or any or either of them belonging
       or Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits of them or any ^part^ of either of them and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Zacheus
       Onion of in or to our out of the said first mentioned one hundred Acres of Land
       and all other the several Tracts of Land aforesaid and the aforesaid Three
       Lotts of Ground or either or any part of either of them To have and to
