360 Executors and Administrators the aforesaid Sum of One Thousand four hundred and Twenty Pounds two shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain with legal Interest thereon by Good Bills of Exchange drawn at thirty days sight on some Responsible Merchant in London unto him the said John Brice his Executors Administrators or Assignes at or upon the Tenth day of April which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and Sixty eight shall and will well and Truly Pay and Satisfy In Witness whereof the said Zacheus Onion hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Zacheus Onion Seal Presence of the Erasement between the 31.st & 32 Lines on the second Sheet of this Indenture & the Interlineation of the Words (Heath Coats Cottage Containing five hundred Acres of land more or Less Rebeccas Lott Containing one hundred Acres of Land more or Less) between the 33.d & 34 lines of the same Sheet being first made Thom.s Bond Jun.r William Cooke On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t On the 16.th day of June Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Sixty fourr Acknowledge that I have received of and from the within named John Brice the sum of One Thousand two hundred and Sixty four Pounds two Shillings and four Pence Ster which with the Interest thereon to this day Amounts unto the sum of One Thousand four hundred and Twenty Pounds two Shillings Ster Money of Great Britain and which I hereby Acknowledge to be due owing and Payable |
