353 Learned in the Law be reasonably Devised Advised or required and for the better and sure making the said Bargained Premisses to the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs or Assigns forever Provided the same Deed Contain no other more General Warrant than is hereby contained In Witness whereof the Party ^first^ above Written have hereunto Interchangeably set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of H Griffith seal Ephoward John Burgess Jun.r On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t June 13.th 1764 Then received the sum of Five Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration for the within Land and Premisses in Presence of H Griffith Ephoward June 13.th 1764 Then Came Henry Griffith before us the Subscribers and Acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein contained to be the Right and Estate of the within named Greenberry Griffith his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the True intent and meaning thereof According to an Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided and at the same Time Came Ruth Griffith the Wife of the said Henry Griffith and being Privately examined out of the hearing of her Husband Acknowledged that She Gave up all her Right and Title and Interest of in and to the said Land and Premisses unto him the aforesaid Greenberry Griffith his Heirs and Assigns freely and Willingly and without any Fear of the threats |
