       1764 June 14.th Received of M.r Greenberry Griffith one shilling and a half Penny
       Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within
       Twenty six Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edw.d Lloyd Esq his said
       Lordships Agent and receiver General

             This Indenture made the Sixteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord Christ
       one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty four Between Zacheus Onion of Baltimore
       County in the Province of Maryland Iron Master of the one Part and John Brice of
       the City of Annapolis Esquire of the other Part Whereas the said Zacheus Onion
       by his Indenture or Deed of Mortgage bearing date on or about the twenty second day of
       April in the Year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred Sixty and two made or mentioned
       to be made ^between^ the said Zacheus Onion by the name of Zacheus Onion of Baltimore County
       in the Province of Maryland Iron Master of the one Part and the said John Brice by
       the name of John Brice of the City of Annapolis Esq of the other Part he the said
       Zacheus Onion for the Consideration in the said Indenture or Deed of Mortgage mentioned
       Did Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said John
       Brice his Heirs and Assigns Several Tracts Parts Parcells and Lotts of Land lying and
       being in Baltimore County aforesaid as in and by the said Indenture or Deed of Mortgage
       ^are Particularly Mentioned referrence being thereto had may fully and at large appear in which Said Indenture and Deed of Mortgage^ there is a Proviso or covenant contained that in Case the said Zacheus
       Onion should well and Truly pay or cause to be Paid into the above named
       John Brice his Executors Administrators or Assignes the full and Just
