       that Tract or Parcell of Land being Part of a Tract lying and being
       in Frederick County being called and known by the name of Cow Pasture Begining
       at the Original bounded Trees of a Tract of Land called the Resurvey of Locust
       Levell and running thence South thirty five degrees east one hundred and Six Perches
       Then South thirty degrees West Sixty Perches Then North eighty one degrees West
       Sixty four Perches To the end of seventy eight Perches on the end of Twenty second Line
       of the afores.d Land Called Locust Post Levell Then with the said Line North forty
       six Degrees East thirty eight Perches to the end thereof Then North thirty three degrees
       East Sixty Perches Then by a Straight Line to the first Begining Containing and
       laid out for Twenty six Acres of Land To have and to hold the said Bargained
       Land and Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances and every Part and
       Parcell thereof to him the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs and Assigns forever
       To the only proper use and behoof of him the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns forever and it is further Covenanted ^Granted and Agreed^ by and between the said
       Henry Griffith and Greenbury ^Griffith^ That the said Henry Griffith his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns the said Land and Premisses with their Appurtenances
       unto him the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs and Assigns from and against
       him the said Henry Griffith his Heirs Executors Administrators of ^and^ ^or^ Assigns and
       all Manner of Persons Claiming by from or under him Will forever Warrant
       and Defend And further that he the said Henry Griffith and his Heirs
       shall and upon request and at the Charges in the Law of him the said Greenbury
       Griffith his Heirs or Assigns make do Suffer Acknowledge and execute
       any further Act or Acts thing or things in the Law Whatsoever that shall
       by the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs or Assigns his or their Council
