       And the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs the aforesaid Lott Number one hundred
       and fifty seven and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said George
       Hunter his Heirs and Assigns forever against all and every other Person and Persons
       Whatsoever Claiming by from or under him the said Charles Carroll or his Heirs
       or by their ^means or^ Procurement shall and will Warrant and forever Defend by these Presents
       In Witness Whereof the said Charles Carroll hath hereunto set his Hand and
       Seal the day and Year ^first^ above Written
       Sealed and Delivered in                                                 Cha Carroll            Seal
       the Presence of
       the Words (and Assigns) between the thirteenth and
       fourteenth lines being first inserted

       Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices and Acknowledged the within
