Ex.d      This Indenture made the Fourth day of June in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis
       Esquire of the one Part and The Reverend M.r George Hunter of Prince
       Georges County of the other Part Witnesseth Whereas Charles Carroll Esquire
       late of the City aforesaid Deceased by his last Will and Testament in Writing
       bearing date the first day of December 1718 among other Thing therein
       Contained Bequeathed all his Lands in Baltimore County to his Sons Charles
       and Daniel as also all his mortgages as by the said Will duly Proved and
       Recorded may Appear And the said Daniel Carroll by his last Will and Testament
       in Writing bearing Date the 12.th day of April 1734 did Will and
       Authorize Charles Carroll Party to this Deed to Sell all his Lands which should
       not in any one Tract exceed five hundred Acres as by the said Will duly Proved
       & Recorded may Appear  Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
       the said Charles Carroll for and in Consideration of the sum of Six Pounds sterling
       Money to him in Hand Paid by the said George Beans Hunter the
       Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and thereof doth hereby Acquit and Discharge
       the said George Hunter his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents
       hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto him
       the said George Hunter his Heirs and Assigns The Lott Number One hundred
       and fifty seven lying in Baltimore Town together with all the Rights Profitts
       Benefits Previledges & Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
       Appurtaining   To have and to hold the aforesaid Lotts Number One
       hundred and fifty seven with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging or Appertaining unto him the said George Hunter his Heirs
       and Assigns forever and to his and their only Proper use and behooff
