       Carroll his Heirs and Assigns forever shall and may have hold and enjoy the said Lands
       and Premisses Warranted and Defended as well against him the said Frederick
       Tryor as against any Person or Persons Claiming by from or under him In Witness
       Whereof the said Frederick Tryor hath to these Presents set his Hand and
       Affixed his Seal the day and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered                                       his
       in the Presence of us                                        Fred.k FT Tryor      Seal
          Francis Fairbrother                                                   Mark
          Conrod Merkell
                                        On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Received the day And Year within mentioned of the within named Charles
       Carroll the sum of eighty two Pounds three Shillings Current Money ^being the full Consideration Money with^ within
       mentioned                                                            his

                                                 On the 15.th day of April June 1764 Came before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the within
       named Frederick Tryer and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and
       Deed and the Land and Premisses within Mentioned to be the Right and
       Estate of the within named Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns forever
       and Christina the Wife of the said Frederick Tryer being Privately examined
       from ^her^ said Husband Acknowledged the same and Declared She did
       it Freely and Voluntarily and without threats of her said Husband or fear
       of his Displeasure According to the Act of Assembly in such Cases made
       and Provided                                                Geo Steuart
