       aforesaid to him in hand Paid by the said Charles Carroll the receipt whereof he
       the said Ch Doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth hereby
       intirely Acquit Release and Discharge the said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators forever Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell
       Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns
       forever hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed All that Tract  
       or Parcell of Land called and known by the name of Young Blood Choice
       Containing one hundred Acres of Land more or less and likewise two hundred
       and fifty Acres of Land Part of a Tract of Land called and known by the name
       of High Germany both lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid and
       Containing three hundred and fifty Acres Begining at the bounded Trees of
       Young Bloods Choice and running from thence North Sixty seven and a half
       degrees east two hundred and ninety Perches South ten degrees East Twenty Perches
       then by a Streight line to the Begining Containing and laid out for three
       hundred and fifty Acres as aforesaid Together with all and Singular the Buildings
       Improvements and Appurtenances thereon or thereto in anywise belonging
       or Appertaining To have and to hold unto him the said Charles Carroll
       his Heirs and Assigns forever And to the only Proper use and behooff of
       him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns forever and for
       no other intent or Purpose Whatsoever the said three hundred and fifty
       Acres of Land Called Young bloods Choice and Part of high Germany
       with their Appurtenances And the said Frederick Tryor doth Covenant
       and Agree with him the said Charles Carroll that he the said Charles
