       Containing and laid out for two hundred and Ninteen Acres of Land be the same more or less
       in which two hundred and Ninteen Acres part of the Original Tract called Prestons March
       Containing about fifty ^forty^ seven Acres is Included together with all Houses Outhouses Buildings
       Fences Orchards Woods Underwoods Meadows and Meadow Grounds Waters & Water
       Courses And all other Improvements Advantages and Appurtenances of what kind soever
       to the said Parcell of Land belonging or Deemed to belong or in anywise Appertaining or
       Deemed to Appertain And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       And all the Rents Issues and Profitts thereof which have become due since the fifth day
       of October Seventeen hundred and fifty nine or may arise at any Time hereafter And
       all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever
       of him the said Ninian Edmonston of in and to the same To have and to hold
       the aforesaid Parcell of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances aforesaid unto him
       the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof
       of him the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns forever and to
       or for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Ninian Edmonston
       that he the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns shall and
       may at all Times hereafter Quietly and Peaceably hold Occupy ^and^ Possess the aforesaid
       Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances free and Clear of and from every Incumbrance
       and Charge Whatsoever And the said Ninian Edmonston Doth further
       Covenant and Agree to and with the said Richard Henderson that he the
       said Ninian Edmonston his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall and
       will at all Times hereafter Warrant and Defend the aforesaid Parcell of Land
       with the Appurtenances aforesaid unto the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and
       Assigns forever   And the said Ninian Edmonston doth further Covenant and
       Agree to and with the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns that
       he the said Ninian Edmonston and his Heirs shall and will at the request
