341 request of the said Richard Henderson his Heirs or Assigns and at their Cost and Charges execute any other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances which may or shall be thought proper by Council Learned in the Law to Confirm the Title and the Estate in Fee Simple of the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns in and to the Premisses forever In Witness Whereof the said Ninian Edmonston hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his seal the day and Year being first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Ninian Edmonston Seal in the Presence of us the Word (Land) being first Interlined after the Word (said) in the tenth line And the Word (Heirs) after the Word (his) in the last line except two of the above Deed Cha.s Jones David Lynn On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received of Richard Henderson Thirty nine Pounds Sterling being the Consideration within Mentioned Witness my Hand this 19.th day of May 1764 Test Cha.s Jones Nin Edmonston David Lynn Maryland Frederick County fs.t Be it remembered that on the Ninteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Personally Appeared before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid the within named Ninian Edmonston Party to the within Instrument of Writing and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns forever (According) |
