       of Prince Georges County Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth That the
       said Ninian Edmonston for and in Consideration of the sum of Thirty
       nine Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in Hand Paid by the
       said Richard Henderson the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged He
       the said Ninian Edmonston Hath given Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened     
       released Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Give Grant
       Bargain and Sell Alien release Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Richard
       Henderson his Heirs and Assigns all the following Parcell of Land
       being Part of a Tract of Land called Sugar Bottom which is Situated in
       Frederick County afores.d and was Granted by Patent to the said Ninian Edmonston
       in Consequence of a Resurvey made for him on Part of a Tract of Land
       called Prestons March before mentioned To be laid of in Manner following
       to wit One hundred Acres are to be laid off at the Upper end of the said
       Tract of Land called Sugar Bottom from the fifty sixth line or Course
       thereof downwards to the East and Bounding with the outline of the Said Tract of Land Sugar Bottom on both sides untill a
       strait line drawn across the land South West and by South [illegible] outlines of the s.d Tract of Land [illegible] Potowmack River towards the Forest
       to Intersect either the Fifty Seventh fifty Eighth fifty Ninth or sixtieth line [illegible] of the Line
       of the said Land shall leave upwards to the Westward the aforesaid Quantity
       of one hundred Acres including all the Land contained within the Lines
       of the said Tract of Land between the ^said^ South West by South Line and the
       fifty sixth Line or Course aforesaid Then the said Ninian Edmonston
       doth Give Grant Bargain and Sell Alien Release Enfeoff and Confirm as
       aforesaid unto the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns as
       aforesaid all that other Part of the said Tract of Land called Sugar Bottom
       which is contained within the Out lines of the same Tract between the said
       South West by South Line or Course which seperates the one hundred Acres aforesaid
       and a Sreight line drawn from the end of the thirtieth line or Course of Sugar Bottom
       aforesaid to the end of Twenty seven Perches and the half of a Perch on the
       Sixty third line or Course of the said Tract of Land called Sugar Bottom
