338 Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably put their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered in Henry Hall Seal the Presence off Samuel Chase B Hands Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t 15.th May 1764 Received of the within John Hall the Sum of Five hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain being the Consideration Money within mentioned in so much Cash Lent Test Samuel Chase Henry Hall B Hands Jun.r On the 15.th day of May Came before me the Subscriber one of the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary his Provincial Justices the within Henry Hall and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes therein Mentioned and the Lands Houses Goods and Chattells in the same Contained to be the Right and Estate of him the same John Hall his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns According to the True intent and Meaning thereof and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided Jn.o Brice Recorded the 22.d May 1764 11 1/2 s.d Ex.d This Indenture made the Ninth^eenth^ day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between Ninian Edmonston of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland Son of James Edmonston late of Prince Georges County and Province of Maryland aforesaid deceased which said James was a Patentee of a tract of Land in Frederick County aforesaid called Prestons March of the one Part and Richard Henderson (of) |
