       Christ One thousand seven hundred and sixty three the within Named Beal Bordley and
       Elizabeth Bordley by Samuel Beedle one of their ^then^ Attorneys delivered to the within named John
       Brice quiet and Peaceable Seisin and Possession of the within Tracts of Land Called Coasters
       Harbour alias Costins Harbour and High Park alias Hyde Park in the Name of all the
       Lands Tenements and Hereditaments contained or mentioned in the within deed according to the
       form and Effect of the within deed by the delivery of Turff and Twigg on the aforesaid Lands Called
       Coasters Harbour alias Costins Harbour and High Park alias Hyde Park at the same time
       of Delivery the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley by Samuel Beedle one of their their ^then^
       Attorneys and the said John Brice both of them holding this deed of Feoffment & the said
       Turf & twigg in their Hands in the presence of us Witnesses present the Words (quiet and
       peaceable) and the Words (of delivery) being interlined before Witnessing
                   his

             Be it remembered that on the Twelfth day of May Anno Domini seventeen
       hundred and sixty three Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley by Samuel Beedle and
       William Pearce their Attorneys delivered to the within named John Brice quiet and
       Peaceable Seizin and Possession of two of the Tracts of Land within mentioned Called
       Coasters Harbour alias Costins Harbour & High Park alias Hyde Park in the Name
       of all the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments contained or mentioned in the within deed
       according to Form and Effect of the within Deed by the said Samuel Beedle & William
       Peace Entring into the above named Lands by Virtue of a Power of Attorney to them
       Jointly and severally given by the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley for that
       purpose & the said Samuel Beedle & William Pearce and the said John Brice all of
       them holding this deed of Feofment in their hands and a Turf and Twigg on Each of the
       above named Tracts of Land at the Time of such delivery in Witness whereof we have
       here unto severally set our Hands hereto as Witness
