       Witnesses within named came before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the
       Provincial Court of Maryland and Severally made Oath that they did Severally see the
       within named Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley parties to the Within Indenture
       Severally Seal and as their Several Act and Acts deed and Deeds deliver the same Indenture
       for the Purposes within mentioned and that they did severally set their Hands thereto
       as Witnesses                                                   William Paca

Exam.d To all People to whom these Presents shall come Beal Bordley and Elizabeth
       Bordley Send greeting in our Lord God Everlasting Know Ye that we the said Beal
       Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley have constituted appointed and in our Place and stead put
       Samuel Beedle and William Pearce of Cecil County Planters or either of them Joyntly and
       Severally our true and lawfull Attorney and Attorneys for us and in our Name Place and
       stead to Enter into and have and take possession and seisin of all those Tracts and
       parcels of Land Called Coasters Harbour alias Costins Harbour and High Park als
       Hyde Park with their and each of their Rights Members and Appurtenances lying
       and being in Cecil County in the Province of maryland and all other the Lands
       Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever which in and by one Indenture bearing
       even date with these presents made or mentioned to be made between us the said Beal
       Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley of the one part and John Brice of the other Part
       are granted or mentioned to be granted by us unto the said John Brice and every
       part and parcel of them or any part or parcel of them or either of them in the Name of
       the whole and after such Entry so had and made and Possession and seisin so had and taken
       as aforesaid to deliver quiet and peaceable possession and seisin thereof unto the said John
       Brice to be had and held according to the Tenor form and Effect of the said Indenture
       and what our Said Attorney or Attorneys or either of them shall Lawfully do in the
       Premisses we the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley do and shall hereby
       ratifie confirm and allow as fully as If we ourselves had been present and done
       the same in our own Persons as Witness our hands & seals the 30.th day of April 1763
