32. last Will of their said Brother Thomas Bordley deceased or to either of them by any other Ways or means whatsoever and which are Contained in the Several Tracts or Parcels of Lands Messuages Tenements or Hereditaments called or known by the Names of Locust Neck Warmust Coasters Harbour alias Costins Harbour High Park alias Hyde Park the Rounds Brownley Pasture point Wheelers Warren and van der Heydens Addition together with the Reversion & reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues & Profits of them or any part or parcel of them or any of them and also all the Estate right title property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley or either of them of in or to or out of the same undivided Several Tracts or Parcels of Land or any or either of them with their each and every of their Appurtenances To have and To hold all and singular the said undivided fourth part of the aforesaid Several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses with their each & every Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Brice his heirs & Assigns to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley for themselves and their heirs respectively hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns that they the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley and their heirs respectively the aforesaid undivided fourth part of the aforesaid Several Tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses and every of them with their ^each^ and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns against them the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley and their Heirs respectively shall and will for ever Warrant and defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said Beal Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley have here unto set their Hands and Affixed their seals the day and Year first above Written Beale Bordley s Signed Sealed and Delivered Elizabeth Bordley s in the Presence of William Paca and TB Hands Jun.r Received the thirtieth day of April Anno Domini 1763 of the within named John Brice the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned Witnesses Beale Bordley William Paca HB Hands Jun.r Elizabeth Bordley Be it remembered that on the Eleventh day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ |
