       Hemsleys Park which Parcell is Scituate lying and being in Queen Anns County af.d
       and is contained within the following Lines and Boundaries  Begining at the end
       of the South by East Line of the said Tract called Hemsleys Park and running by with
       the said Land South West by West Twenty five Perches then South eighty four Perches
       then east eighty four Perches then South to the main Road that Divides Talbot from
       Queen Anns County and running with the said Main Road the several Courses
       thereof till it intersects the North Line of the aforesaid Tract of land and then North
       to the end of the af.d North Line eighty five Perches then West Seventy six Perches
       then North Twenty five degrees east Seventy four Perches and then with a Strait
       Line to the Begining Containing one hundred and two Perches Acres and half
       an Acre of land with the Appurtenances in Queen Anns County af.d in which
       Recovery the said William Hemsley did Vouch to Warranty the Common Vouchee whereby
       a Good and Perfect Common Recovery with Single Voucher of the said Premisses
       with the Appurtenances According to the usual Form of Common Recoveries was
       had against the said William Hemsley and his Heirs as by the Record thereof
       Remaining in the said Provincial Court it doth more at large Appear Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth and it is hereby declared that it is the True intent
       and Meaning of all the Parties to the said Recovery and to these Presents was
       before and at the Time of the said Recovery and yet is that the said Recovery
       and the Execution thereof should and shall be and enure and be Construed
       Judged and taken to be and enure that the said Recoveror and his Heirs
       should and shall Stand and be Seised of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances
       and of every Part and Parcell thereof to the Uses Intents and
       Purposes herein after set Down expressed and Declared and to no other
       Use intent or Purpose Whatsoever that is to say to the Use of the said Nehemiah
       Noble and his Heirs forever In Witness whereof the Parties
