       day and Year above Written

       R.d Tilghman           On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Be it Remembered that on the Twenty sixth day of April in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty four William Hemsley and
       Nehemiah Noble Parties to the within Indenture Personally Appeared before
       me the Subscriber one of the Right Honble the Lord Propry his Justices of the
       Provincial Court and did Acknowledge the within Indenture to be their
       Act and Deed to and for the Uses and Purposes within mentioned
       In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand the day and Year
       above mentioned

          Recorded the 5.th May 1764


Ex.d      To All People to Whome these Presents shall come I Edward Dorsey of
       Ann Arundel County sendeth Greeting Know Ye that I the said Edward
       Dorsey as well for and in Consideration of the Natural Affection and Fatherly
       Love wich I have and Bear unto my loving Son Charles Dorsey
       of Baltimore County As Also for Divers other Causes and Considerations
       At this Presant Especially Moving have Given and Granted and by these
       Preasance do give Grant and Confirm unto my said son Charles Dorsey
       his Heirs and Assigns part of a Track of land called Belly Ake thicket
       Begining for the said Trak or Parcell of Land at the Original Boundries
       And running thence South Sixty one Degrees East fifty two Perches
                                                                                        (South)
