                                     On the back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Be it Remembered that on the Twelfth day of April in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Personally Appeared before the subscriber
       one of the Right Honble the Lord proprietary his Justices of the Provincial
       Court of the Province of Maryland the within named James Hollyday
       Henry Parrott and Nicholas Thomas and did Acknowledge the within
       Indenture to be their Act and Deed to and for the Uses and Purposes within
       mentioned In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand the day &
       Year above mentioned

5 1/2 s.d                                             Recorded the 5.th of May 1764


Ex.d      This Indenture made the Twenty sixth day of April in the Year of
       our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty four Between William
       Hemsley of Queen Anns County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of
       the one Part and Nehemiah Noble of Queen Anns County and Province
       af.d Planter of the other Part Whereas the said Nehemiah Noble did at
       the Provincial Court held at Annapolis on the second Tuesday of this Present
       Month of April upon a Writ of Entry Surdisseisin enlepost before the
       Justices of the same Court recover by common Recovery against the said
       William Hemsley all that Parcell of Land part of a Tract of Land called
                                                                                                    (Hemsleys)
